Character Profile
The police officers of the Detroit Police Department (DPD) are lead by Captain Fanzone, a human who hates robots and prefers the simplier, less technical live. The police officers are also used by Prowl in the form of a hologram, to try and blend his Police Motorcyle mode in more.
