Following up on the story we broke last week regarding the Transformers Animated DVD's in the UK, the US Boxset of Season 1 has now been released priced at $20. The UK disc, priced at £19.99 ($40) contains only four episodes, where as the US boxset contains 12 episodes for half the price.

Lots of imports of the DVD are expected.
